Cause:  Wing out of balance.

Fix:  Balance the wing.

Balance the wing whilst it is fitted to the fuselage as there may be influences in the fuselage lateral balance (a heavy repair for example).

Any additional weight should be added as near to the wing tip as possible.

Better to remove weight from the heavy wing if that is achievable.
