Poor Elevator Response Despite Adequate Control Throws

1 CG too far forward. Move CG backwards.

1. Check recomended CG for the model has been acheived. If problem exists across several models then check CG testing method is effective.

2. Adjustments should be in small steps, typically 5mm per test flight.
2 Tailplane/elevator area too small. Increase tailplane/elevator area.  
3 Tailplane moment arm too small. Increase tailplane moment arm. The further back the elevator is positioned, the more leverage it imparts when moved up or down. This leverage is the moment arm.
